About Us

I am just a middle aged, middle class, middle of the road kind of guy from middle America. I started lusting after cars long before I got my drivers licence - back in the days when cars were rather simple, breakdown prone machines that were mostly built in Detroit, and rebuilt annually under the shade tree out back. My first car would seat six and felt as though it was the size of an aircraft carrier. It had a V8 engine and an automatic transmission that made more noise than power, and it took half a parking lot to turn around. I hated it. Since then my favorite cars have always been smaller, quicker, and more fuel efficient.
